Thank you for shopping with Nested Sage! Each order is carefully created just for you. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing Times

Production times vary by product and are displayed on each product page. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days, although some items may require additional time during holidays or periods of high demand.

Personalized items cannot begin production until your order and personalization details have been received.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping method selected at checkout, and carrier performance. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, as they may be produced and shipped from different printing partners.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Nested Sage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Nested Sage is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages).

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees that may be charged by their country's customs agency. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
